People Say They Want A Change...But Do Nothing

I have a question for you....How many of you have had people to say they are tired of working paycheck to paycheck, need more money but do nothing to move towards making that change?

I have heard this over and over again.  Complaint after complaint but they never do anything about it.

I tell them, don't be afraid to step outside of your box and try something that can possibly better you present situation and your future.

For me, I have ALWAYS been an Entrepreneur at heart since I was a youth.  I would always think of ways I could start a business for myself.  Yes, I have tried some things and they didn't work out the way for me....but guess what I didn't give up.

What do Thomas Edison, Tyler Perry, Steve Jobs all have in common?  They have all failed before at something before succeeding.

DON'T GIVE UP!  No matter what your niche is.  You are going to get more "No" than "Yes" responses.

FYI....friends and family sometimes can be your hardest sale.  No offense friends and family.  But let's be honest the ones you think would support you and buy from you don't.   DON'T GET DISCOURAGE!

I have very few friends and family that I have mention my business service to.  Why?  I don't want them to feel pressured.  I don't want them to feel they have to dodge my phone call or avoid me.

I have had friends and family come to me and ask " What exactly is that you posted on FaceBook, Blog, etc.

On the other hand,  I have mentioned my business service to a few of my friends and family .  But I mentioned it and leave it alone.  I love my friends and family and I don't want them to feel obligated because of our connection.  Don't nag your friends and family....learn how to market your business.

My customers have come from different methods of online advertising.

1. IBOToolBox - I just started using this one.  But I will rate this one at the top of my list.
I have connected with a lot of great people...like minded people.  I am able to do PR, advertise and networking all for FREE.  There are some paid options but they are just that options.

2. FaceBook -  FB is great place to connect with people and market your message.  If don't have a FB page get one.  You can start a group or add a business page FREE.

3. Craigslist - Great place to post FREE ads.  If you post in the "Job" section; to get your advertisement FREE you will more than likely have to choose a city that is close to the major city.  For example, I am in Atlanta GA....the cost to post in the "Job" section is $25.  I have chosen cities such as Auburn, Athens, etc. to post my ads.  When I post there it is FREE.  However you can post in other sections.  But be careful; don't go posting crazy or your ads will get "ghosted".

4. SoloAds - Solo ads are a great way for Marketers to get their product/service/message out to a large number of targeted prospects for a relatively low cost.  Fiverr is great place to start.  The charge is only $5.
